Fast food is bad, and therefore people who ate it felt bad. Ideology of healthy eating society sets moral boundaries for themselves. Conclusion people know fast food is unhealthy but people do it either way, some people feel bad, other do not. Body types can play a role, if you see a slender person with fast food you don"t think of it negatively, but if you see a larger person you"re more likely to judge.
