The big five dimensions of personality: openness to experience (o, conscientiousness (c, extraversion (e, agreeableness (a, neuroticism (emotional stability) (n) Locus of control: definition: beliefs about whether one"s behaviour is controlled mainly by internal or external factors. Locus of control : a person"s belief about the location of factors that controls their behaviors.
