Pure tangible good, or pure services customer experiences. Create, maintain, or change the attitudes and behaviour of customers and the general public. Levels of products and services: core customer value the problem-solving benefits, actual product physical device and all its features, augmented product additional services and benefits. Industrial product: a product bought by individuals and organizations for further processing or for use in conducting a business. The difference between consumer and industrial products is their purpose. Groups of industrial products: materials and parts, capital items, supplies and services.
