Stalin thinks that churchill"s speech has caused harm to peace and security and he is not alone, he has allies in england and the us. Churchill has begun the task of unleashing war with racial theory, starting nations that speak english are full-fledged nations that are called to rule the destinies of the world. England and the usa have presented non-speaking nations with an ultimatum - to recognize the dominance voluntarily and in the other case war is inevitable. Churchill states that the communist parties which were very insignificant in all these eastern states gained exclusive power. The influence of the communist parties is not growing in only eastern europe but in almost all of the countries of europe in which fascism formerly held sway. The growth of the influence of the communist party cannot be considered accidental and is a completely regular phenomenon.
