Resources: include (hell,naaah,fam) human resources (employees for ex. natural resources (raw materials for ex. ) financial resources (money for ex. ) Managers are more progressive (develop in stages) as they emphasize teams, team building and cooperation rather than discipline and order giving. Tend to guide, train, support, motivate and coach employees rather than telling them what to do. Planning (like when you plan ahead of time, setting up etc. ) Organizing (managing what you need before you start the task) Allocating resources, assigning tasks, and establishing procedures for accomplishing goals. Preparing a structure (organizational chart) showing lines of authority and responsibility. Placing employees where they will be most effective. Leading (follow the leader fam, they lay the route for others to follow) Guiding and motivating employees to work effectively to accomplish organizational goals and objectives.
