An individual spent their entire career just on one aspect of hr management i. e recruiting or just evaluating. Hr managers scan the business environment and see how the actions outside their company will impact inside their company. Steps of an human resource manager (on midterm: prepare human resource inventory, prepare job analysis, assess future human resources demand, asses future resources supply, establish a strategic plan. Internal is the cheapest way because most employees already know how the company functions. Employees may need to get re-trained but it will take a shorter amount of time. Process of gathering information and deciding who should be hired, under legal guidelines for the best interests of the individual and organization. Find the best qualified person under a short amount of time.
