Internal is the cheapest way because most employees already know how the company functions. Employees may need to get re-trained but it will take a shorter amount of time. Process of gathering information and deciding who should be hired, under legal guidelines for the best interests of the individual and organization. Find the best qualified person under a short amount of time.
