Increase liver enzyme, triglyceride, glucose, bilirubin, and decrease calcium: ct with iv contrast material best to confirm pancreatitis. Collaborative care: relief pain, prevent shock, reduce pancreatic secretions, control of fluid and electrolytes, prevent/treat infections, removal of cause.
