Syndrome: a collection of interrelated symptoms manifested by any given individual. Diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders (dsm): classi cation system for psychological disorders: rst created in 1952, improved with each new edition, now on dsm 5, contains nearly 20 categories and 300 different disorders.
