Exercise caution in patients with salt or volume depletion, renal impairment, or collagen vascular disease, and in those taking potassium supplements, salt substitutes, potassium-sparing diuretics, arbs, aliskiren, or lithium. Routes: oral all ace inhibitors (except enalaprilat). Dosage and administration: dosage is low initially and then gradually increased.
