Mis = comprise dvlpt & use of info sys that help orgs achieve goals & objectives. We should be aware of basics of system"s dvlpt & how to use. Helps organizational actors achieve goals & objectives b/c an org cannot do anything by itself. Info technology = methods, inventions, standards, products.
