Conciliation: more commonly referred to as mediation, the process where a third party acts as a go between by making non-binding recommendations to help the parties. Control test: employment relationship determined by employer"s power to give instructions to employee of how to do the job. Dependent contractor: operates a separate business but provides service more like an employee of one customer and is an essential part of that customer"s operations.
