Alldessertshaveaunitprice,description,andrecipe.Pastrieshavesweetnessratings(anumberfrom1

to10)andcolor.Cakeshavesize(6”,8”,and9”)anddecorations(thisisstandardforeachtypeofcake).



Thecompanyhasfourtypesofemployees:Bakers,Frontlineworkers,deliveryboys,and

Tech/Webmasters.Eachdepartmenthasitsuniquemanagerwhoworkswithinthatdepartmentwhois

alsoresponsibleforhiringnewstaff.Thebakersandfrontlineworkersareresponsibleforproducing,

packaging,andprovidingqualitycontrol(tocheckforhairs,aesthetics,foodsafety,etc.).Finally,the

deliveryboysareresponsibleforcontactinganddeliveringtoretailstores(datesofdeliverytimesareto

berecorded).TheSmallPastriesaredeliveredtogeneralsupermarkets(suchasSafeway,Superstore),

whereasCakesaredeliveredtoindependentbakeries.


