Murder: intenional cause of death or bodily harm most likely leading to death: first degree: culpable homicide that is planned and deliberate, second degree: all murder that is not irst degree (*not planned) Infanicide: when female cause death of newborn child (under 1) if her mind is disturbed from efects of giving birth.
