Seeks to empower people & communities & to foster equal access to health-care resources. It is necessary precursor to making a shift in behavior. Experience more days of restricted activity, spend more days in bed, more visits to physicians. They pay more self-care than older men by paying attention to nutrition & treating symptoms.
