More patriotic and communal, while in greece it is more individual and its more about an individual person. The great hero aeneas has the journey to found the great city of rome very communal. While achilles and heracles fight for their individual honour. Roman heroes had more pietas (devotion/ respect/ loyalty). Heracles so angry and fights all the time aeneas very low key much more disicpline and has a respect for family and country. Were precieved more with cult then a with myth. Aeneas ussually called pious aeneas (he is very pious). Very similar to greek because many roman authors were greek: list of gods. Juno (hera) , vesta (hestia), minerva (athena), ceres (demeter), diana (artemis), venus (aphrodite), mars (ares), mercurius (hermes), iovis or jupiter (zeus), neptunus (poseidon), Mars god of agriculture and war way more inportant then ares. All other gods are pretty much the same: important writers.
