E. g. drivers leave their cars in a parking lot without purchasing the required ticket -> driver is responsible for the tort of trespass, because he has left the vehicle on the property without permission. Deceit on fraud: false representation intentionally or recklessly made by one person to another that causes damage. Negligence: unreasonable conduct, including a careless act or omission, that causes harm to another.
