Different score patterns on different sub-traits can correspond to pathological extremes. Negative affectivity (neuroticism), detachment (extreme introversion), antagonism (extremely low agreeableness), disinhibition (extremely low conscientiousness) High level of comorbidity cannot isolate causes. Only research done are retrospective unreliable.
