Sociology is the systematic study of human society and social interaction: both theoretical perspectives and research methods are used to study social behaviour, sociologists study the field in order to develop theories of how human behaviour is shaped. Through group life and how, in turn, group life is affected by individuals. Personal troubles are private problems with the network of people with whom individuals associate with regularly. For example, being unemployed may be a personal trouble. Public issues are matters beyond our control that are caused by problem on the societa level.
