It is a test used to measure ones behaviour. These tests are used to measure ones behaviour. The answers given on a test will differ depending on the type of day you are having. Have three different sub categories of tests: intelligence, aptitude and achievement tests. Personality tests tests that determine your motives interests values and attitudes. Standarized tests are test that can be given anywhere to any to procedures and processes are exactly the same. All information is relative so the the test norms give you a score in relation to others scores as well. This leads to a percentile score telling you where you stand in a percent. Reliability refers to the consistency of something, in this case a test to prove something. Meaning that repeated attempts should yield similar results to the last. Validity is the term used to understand if the test is appropriate for what it might be measuring.
