The proper way of efficient communication = provide accurate information + appropriate emotional overtone send information to members who need it. Communication importance varies, the more an org is people and idea orientated, more important communication becomes. Communication is worse if superior utilises socioemotional ties to workers: getting members to believe in org goals: get workers emotionally involved.
