Ch 9- distribution mix: distribution mix: the combination of distribution channels a firm selects to get a product to end-users. In this section, we describe retail stores by using two classifications: product line retailers and bargain retailers: 1. -they differ from most bargain retailers in that they do not feature low prices. Like bargain retailers, they control prices by keeping in-store service to a minimum non-store retailing: not all goods and services are sold in stores, vending machine sales represent only a small proportion of non-store retailing.
