When ant is infected, undergoes radical change in behavior and experience (abdomen turns red, no longer produces pheromones when attacked. Animals look like plants (katydids look like leaves) and plants look like animals (orchids have flowers resembling bees and wasps) Changes in genes (mutations): occur regardless of whether they would be useful to the individual.
