Efficiency: 60% of trials do not recruit to target or need an extension which can lead to long start up times. To address some of these challenges" cto has developed a strategic timeline: streamline: streamlining processes to support the timely, efficient and cost-effective conduct of high-quality rct, engage: support and promote public and patient engagement with rct.
