Exogenously and endogenously: exogenously: order can be created only by forces outside the system, endogenously: an equilibrium set up within a system. Society needs a process of selection rules in order to exist. The government becomes indispensable in order to assure that rules are obeyed. The government is in place to maintain order in society, and regulate the services and production of human beings. Ants are very organized and work well in adapted environments, and are better at living in large numbers than human beings are. Humans still have yet to properly adapt and be evolved in society. Swarms, while massive in number are able to coordinate actions together, something humans struggle to do, even on a smaller scale.
