Stress impacts the body on an emotional, social, cognitive, and physical level. Build ups of stress become quite apparent, and this can be seen in different actions we take to cope (ex. eating, drinking, etc. Everyone experiences stress differently: there is a difference in resistance towards, and tolerance of stress from an early age, both genetic (predisposition to coping with stress) and environmental factors contribute to this.
