Add pamphlet on importance of safety belts in the payment envelope. Introduce a company policy that workers need to wear safety belts while operating work vehicles. All 3 of the above would be considered part of an intervention. After the intervention, you would complete measurement to see how successful it was. Essentially know that health education specialists could use just incentive and call it an intervention, or use a combo and call it the intervention.
