Blue = planned work, green = intended results. Inputs (resources) activities (strategies) outputs (direct results of the activities such as products, services & new components of infrastructure) outcomes (short, mid, or long term) Can also include: impact, purpose, context, external factors, description of evaluation. Logic models have a series of if then statements links in chain of reasoning. Converting goals into action via structures/activities/policies/organizational actions. Bartholomew: implementation, adoption & sustainability-3 stages of program diffusion. Carefully designed marketing process = pp will want to participate. Phase 2: identifying & prioritizing tasks to be completed. Task development time lines (tdtls): task to be completed + time frame.
