Reference group: a group of people who influence a person"s attitudes, values, and behaviours. Family life cycle: a family"s progression from formation to retirement, with each phase bring distinct needs and purchasing behaviours. Culture: a set of values, ideas, and attitudes that are learned and shared among the members of a group. Subcultures: subgroup within a larger culture that have unique values, ideas, and attitudes.
