Solo (short term outcomes and long term outcomes) Short term outcomes are the immediate and direct results of the program, while long term outcomes reflect the ultimate goals of the program. The program evaluation tool kit incorporates the use of a logic model and identifies which evaluation process may be used to inform decision making during program planning and implementation. 2: evaluation is an ongoing, dynamic process that supports further refinement of program activities to help identify gaps or flaws.
