Moral development is viewed as the process in which an individual develops the capacity to reason morally. Moral reason and progress develops well in to adulthood. Moral behavior is viewed as the carrying out of an action that is deeded right or wrong. Empathy is used to reduce aggressive behaviour. Learned through the processes of reinforcement and modeling. Behaviours can be developed by providing opportunities for moral practice and development. Mastery motivational climate is when the coach encourages cooperation and learning from past mistakes.
