In the following chapters of chapters 8 and 13, it discusses concerns about gender, race and health inequalities discussed in chapter 8, and gender, health and care in chapter 13. In chapter 8 it brings up that within the health care system, whether you are male or female, rich or poor, whether you are white, or black, or any other race, everyone is marginalized and excluded on different levels. In canada it evident that there are discriminations within these issues, looking beyond those issues looking at sex differences would be an important first step in terms of analysis of health statuses, service uses, and health policies. Therefore through the consideration of all these differences and looking at all effecting aspects as a whole can allow health policy makers provide more useful services and attend to those in need with more help available for them.
