Each novel portrays the evolution of technology in different ways, however the consequences are equally atrocious. Similarly, in wells the time machine , the invention of the time machine exemplifies the evolution of technology and physically represents the fourth dimension, being time. However, despite the unforeseen consequences, the evolution of technology is necessary for the human development. As humans experience unwanted isolation(reoword this/what do u mean unwanted), technology can provide a worthy companion to fill the void. Furthermore, technology helps mold the human nature(how about instead of the human natre you use the nature of man? or mankind), allowing for biological progress.
