Development team: is responsible for determining the objectives of the information system and delivering a system that meets these objectives. A project : is a planned collection of activities that achieves a goal, such as constructing a new manufacturing plant or developing a new decision support system. Stakeholders: people who, either themselves or through the organization they represent, ultimately benefit from the systems development project. Users: are people who will interact with the system regularly. The development team might include systems analysts and programmers. System analyst: is a professional who specializes in analyzing and designing business systems. Programmer: is a responsible for modifying or developing programs to satisfy user requirements. Individual systems developer: a person that performs all of the systems development roles, including systems analysts, programmer, technical specialist and other roles. Individual users: acquire applications for both personal and professional use.
