To extend the elite dominant rule and to avoid political collapse, everyone looks to imperialism to expand and maintain power. Ir are better due to acknowledgement of international rights. Even other states are our moral equals: liberal republics ready to protect and promote democracy, private properties and the rights of individuals overseas, end goal is perpetual peace, goal should be peace, not power.
