Ww2 spies, teachers, managers, police officers, etc. Past behaviour patterns in similar situations predict future behaviour!! The best way to predict a person"s future behaviour is by analyzing their past behaviour in similar situations. If there is insufficient information on the individual"s past performance in these situations, simulate a similar situation and evaluate their performance.
