By combining info from both tasks they can trace infant mem from 2 mnt to 18 mnt. 6mnt can recall how to move mobile and press lever even after 2 week delay. Long term retention shows a steady, linear improvement during the first 18 mnt of life. Context effects are stronger for infants they swiched the crib confronter and infants performed poorly.
