For many including myself unemployment is a growing concern as we approach another year of our university degree and closer to face the job crisis that is in happening in canada. We students need to be aware how this happened in the first place and if there is anything that can be done or is our education and training all for nought. To tackle this social issue, neil sandell has written a few articles in the star. He has spent a year doing his research as part of the atkinson. Fellowship in public policy and came to some surprising results. To make all the employees offer training, the government should also, according to sandell, provide a tax credit as a reward.
