The term bureaucracy can be defined as a system of authority. Every job had its own uniqueness and dutties . He believed that capitalist production could not continue without bureaucracy. An advantage of this hierarchy structure within the division of labour was that it allowed employers to lure potential employees by giving them an opportunity in career advancement. (internal market) In the eyes of max weber he sees it as the employees settling for the current authority structure, following the rules complying with the bosses and believing that the criteria for such power authority is equitable and legitimate. Quoting that the capitalist form bureaucracies is a rational- legal value system.
