They said that the pizza was just pretty awful. the crust was burnt, toppings were overpowering, mozzarella was dense and gloppy. I personally feel like the customer was complaining just to complain. They are probably just that kind of person. when i studied in florence, this place was the best! It was right next to my apartment, so i ate there probably once a week.
