Health is a large group of people and how most peoples health is. Just bc they don"t have a disease doesn"t mean they are healthy. Wellness- highest level of health this person can achieve (physical) fitness- how well a person can preform a physical activity without being fatigued. Excersise- planned and structured an intentionally repetitive physical activity that requires continuous bodily movement. Physical activisty- any bodily movement produced by the skeletal muscles that result in e ergy expenditure. Before someone can be a well person there are 6 dimensions that must be met: physical- can i do things without injury, encampeses our diet, our sleep patterns, any drug or tabacco use. Social- satisfying interpersonal relationships, being able to feel like we have a social effectiveness, being able to communicate affectively, give support and ask for it if we need it.
