Document Summary
I have adapted the outline for reporting surveys/questionnaires on p. 689 for you to use on the report. Keep in mind that these are just suggestions; you may organize your report in other ways as long as you keep the main headings: introduction, method, results, and discussion. Brief preview of research methods and results (or you could include this at the beginning of the next section) Method/procedures (only comment on types of field research you conducted. ) Questionnaire (for any of these, you may comment on the design, selection of participants, administration, and a summary of the results. Also, you may include your questionnaire or interview questions here, in the results section or in an addendum at the end. ) What you learned from different types of field research, with limited commentary or interpretation (that will go in discussion. ) Discussion of significance (commenting, interpreting, and exploring implications) Include your questionnaire and other relevant questions, interview, etc.
