PSYC 3020 Chapter : WRAT4
Document Summary
The wide range achievement test fourth edition is used in many individuals of different ages and genders to briefly asses one"s academic achievement. The test is administered and objectively scored by a trained professional with easy-to-understand results. There was no available evidence of test-retest reliability across the two forms, so a study was planned. A group of 5,000 individuals will get together and take each of the forms, blue and green, twice. My hypothesis was formed and from there, the data analyzed and a decision made whether to accept or reject my hypothesis. The wide range achievement test fourth edition (wrat4) is a norm-referenced achievement test, meaning that it was created and administered to a group of people that were used for comparison. The wide range achievement test (wrat) has been revised many times from the original test by the wrat-revised (wrat-r) and the wrat- third edition (wrat3).
