Innervated by gamma motor neurons lie lengthwise, parallel w/ the skeletal bers. *each human has from 5 to 9 intrafusal (if) muscle bers. The golgi tendon organ is found in the musculotendinous junction and lie in series with the ef (skeletal) muscle.
