Thus, we recognize a cat even if it"s sitting behind a tree. We recognize a chair even if someone"s sitting on it, blocking much of the chair from view. The importance of organization: it seems, then, that we"ll need a great number of feature lists (due to the sheer number of objects we can recognize).
