I think technology is a distraction when it comes to myself because i constantly check my phone for the time, or if a text came in. My cell phone also contains games and apps like crosswords and this game called fallout shelter where you take care of people and i need to check on them every few hours to make sure they are still alive. Sometimes i find myself playing games on my phone when i should be doing homework or cleaning my room. I have recently deleted apps like snapchat, instagram, and twitter because they can keep me up at night and distract me more than they should. Technology in school can be useful when it comes to research for a paper or trying to contact your teacher because you don"t understand the assignment. Laptops and cellphones in a classroom could be a distraction though or may cause the urge to cheat on homework or tests.
