Suspicion that dracula may be using renfield as a pawn. They go to dracula"s castle to investigate. When jonathan returns, he notices mina looks paler than usual. He doesn"t want to tell her anything about what they did so as not to upset her. Van helsing goes to have a talk with renfield because he is interested in renfield consuming live things. Dr. seward"s diary: "mrs. harker is better out of it. Mina feels weepy and sad; she lowkey doesn"t like being kept out of the loop. Mina thought she had a dream in which white smoke came in through the doors and she saw red eyes and a white face (but it was probably not a dream) She has a sensitive spot for renfield. Jonathan visits mr. smollet and finds out that dracula is scattering his boxes throughout. Jonathan finds out that dracula has a house in piccadilly and is storing some of his boxes there.
