Hear voices in his head cannot make out what they are saying voices are angry and critical. When he first went to the hospital his emotions were restricted. Adopted at birth no family medical history. Throughout life always been a loner never really have any friends. Son had always been hypersensitive to real or perceived criticism during his school yrs. Difficulty at college classes that require presentations. Distress and loneliness when he was separate from family home or his father for long periods of time. Mother not accepting him as a son excessively critical demeanor had affected self-esteem. Sonny was 16 realize that he identified as gay. Mother was unaccepting of his homosexuality and reffered to him w/ pejorative labels such as fag .
