Urogenital hiatus in the anterior (urogenital triangle) Anal aperture in the posterior (anal triangle) One opening for urethra first difference. Between the perineal membrane and muscle deep perineal pouch: contains skeletal muscle that form sphincters around urethra, glands and neurovascular structures that supply the penis. Divided into 250 lobules by connective tissue septa.
