Electric field cause for attraction and repelling of particles, charged particles interact by electric field. A magnetic field is generated- currently flowing in a wire- you have a magnetic field- if you move a particle at a constant velocity you induce a magnetic field. Taking a charged particle (up and down zig zag formation) accelerating and decelerating- something happens between the magnetic and electric (change in one effects the other) - end result is light, changing charged particles moving. In the sun particle generate electric radiation changing electric and magnetic field will cause the particle to be pushed on. Electrons are light, thus electric field pushes charges around the electron will move because it is light and can be moved. Light is absorbed when the electron is pushed from in inner orbital to an outer orbital. Different colours of light contain different amounts of energy. Energy can hope from one to another- they must be close and lined up properly.
