Maintain medicines policies- control (stops citizens from working together) The control is your help, the resolution to your problem is professional control. Need answers, losing the ability to cope. Politics is more interactive, medicalized is the decision of the helpers on behalf of the helped. Politics goes both ways (leadership and citizens) but medicalized politics is one way- the helper controlling the help. This idea of health and how it needs to be managed and addressed. When something is wrong the resolution is professional control- seek help. The economics of the system appear as help- more money into services to help people. Social work more money into it causes a counterproductive result- causing broken families. Health is best understood as a tool. The system that is supposed to be interactive and bilateral- they talk to us we talk to them- has become a one way street.
